Nurturing Well-being

Counseling

At the heart of our Islamic Center, our counseling services provide a safe and supportive space for individuals seeking guidance and emotional well-being.

Our experienced counselors offer compassionate and confidential support, addressing a range of concerns to promote mental and emotional health. Whether facing life’s challenges or seeking personal growth, our counseling services are tailored to empower individuals on their journey toward holistic well-being within the embrace of our caring community.

God does not look at your appearance and possessions, but He looks at your hearts and deeds.

Psychologist

Counseling is conducted by Dr. Tabassam Javed, a Board Member of the ICR and a retired Psychologist. We also help refer patients to Psychologists and Counselors, if it is needed.
