School Hours

Our school operates from 09:55AM to 1:45PM Each Sunday morning, students begin their day with a morning assembly focused on reciting Surah Al-Fatihah, Ayat al-Kursi, morning supplications (adhkar), and the Hadith of the week. We do not allow half-day attendance. In other words, a child will not be permitted to attend only the first two periods and be excused for the last period without a valid excuse. Parents who arrive late or wish to leave early will need to sign in or sign out the student.
To ensure a smooth dismissal process, students will return to their classrooms after Dhuhur prayer at 1:45, and parents will be required to pick up and sign out their children from their respective classes.

Tardy
Excessive tardiness interferes with the student’s ability to benefit from class. Also, it always causes disruption in the lesson being presented by the teacher. Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for assembly by 10:00 AM each Sunday.
Late Pickup

Child(ren) must be picked up by 1:45 PM unless the school has been notified that you will be late. A $10 late fee will apply after 10 minutes
We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to ensuring that your child attends school regularly. Regular attendance is a fundamental aspect of their Islamic education.
If you have any questions or require further clarification regarding our attendance policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to support your child’s educational experience.
