Assalamu Alaikum,
The ICR Board announces general elections to elect 5 board members. Board members will be elected for a four-year term 2024-2027
To facilitate the election process, we will soon be posting the list of eligible members who can participate in the elections. Please keep an eye on the announcements section of the Islamic Center of Rochester for this information.

The ICR is seeking nominations for those who would like to run for the vacant member positions from the ICR community.
To be eligible for nomination, the brother/sister must:
- Be a paid member in good standing with the ICR for two recent and consecutive years.
- Should not be on ICR payroll.
- Sign the Nomination form (available in the ICR office and downloadable from the ICR website) seconded by a Nominator, thus accepting the conditions stated in this form, including those conditions, if elected. The nominator must be a paid member in good standing with the ICR for the most current year (2022/2023)
- This nomination must be seconded by another person, the Seconder, by signing this form. The Seconder must also be a paid member in good standing with the ICR for the most current year (2023).
- Have your contact submitted to any ICR Elections Committee member, or drop it in the Donation Box by April 11th, 2024, to get on the ballot.
- Ballots will be mailed to voting members in good standing by April 14th, 2024.
- Ballots must be sent back so they are received by the General Assembly meeting. Election results will be announced in the general assembly/Body meeting scheduled for May 12th, 2024.
